Daylight savings began yesterday. It was a glorious day—sunny with a high in the 50s. The birds called spring from treetops. The sun set around 7:00 pm.
But spring is not here yet. It's raining—a cool drizzle that would be snow if it was 15 degrees cooler. The birds are subdued as if they know that winter has not released its hold.
A nap seems appropriate.
